    By sending your company details i.e. contact person email address and mobile number to tenders@kengen.co.ke

  3. Do I need to attach tender receipt on my bid?

    No, downloaded tenders are free

  4. I'm a registered under the special category, what do I need to access business opportunities in KenGen?

    Kindly forward your company profile detailing your core activities with the statutory documents to supply chain division, you can also access advertised tenders on our website

  5. Where do I Channel clarifications requests for tenders?

    Forward your clarification request to tenders@kengen.co.ke

  6. How long does it take to get feedback on tenders that I participated?

    It's convenient to check at least a Month after tender closure. KenGen communicates promptly to all participates after the relevant decisions are made

  7. How do I get additional information on tenders advertised i.e. addendums, drawings, BOQ's?

    Bidders are advised to continuously to check the KenGen website on the tenders they have downloaded before the tender closing

  8. How much does a tender document cost?

    Kshs. 1000 for hardcopies, downloaded copies, prequalification, EOI's are free

  9. Which is the acceptable format of tender security (bid bond)?

    The format is as prescribed in section 51 of the PPDA ; - Cash -Bank Guarantee -Insurance Company approved by PPOA -Letter of Credit
